László HERCZEG

Care Activist / Designer / Co-founder of The Care Lab

László is a Care Activist and Designer with over two decades of experience in the health and care sector. In 2017, he co-founded The Care Lab (www.thecarelab.org), a collaborative platform that utilises Care Centred Design practices to explore new Care models and solutions for our societies and care systems. Their vision of Care is as an equitable, proactive, and compassionate experience accessible to everyone, seamlessly integrated into everyday life from birth to death.

Before establishing The Care Lab, László co-founded and directed fuelfor, a specialised healthcare design consultancy with offices in

Barcelona and Singapore. Prior to this he was a member of the global healthcare design team at Philips Design in The Netherlands. He holds a Master of Arts degree from the Academy of Arts and Design in Budapest, which included studies at the University of Arts and Design in Helsinki.
