Hansol PAENG

Hansol Paeng has 15 years of experience as a healthcare service design consultant for hospitals in Korea, including Samsung Medical Center, Seoul National University Hospital, and the Catholic Medical Center. From 2015 to 2020, Hansol worked in the Seoul Metropolitan Government’s Healthcare Policy Division, where she played a key role in designing and implementing the city's healthcare policies and served as a service designer for the 13 public hospitals in the city. Hansol’s expertise, experience, and extensive network are instrumental in haheho’s pursuit of innovation in patient experience design.

Hansol has a background in Interaction Design from Korea National University of the Arts and Masters of Business Administration from Aalto University.
