Jaewoong Won is Associate Professor at Kyung Hee University, Seoul and the Department Head of Real Estate, Graduate School of Business as well as the Head of the interdisciplinary program, the Smart City Planning and Real Estate. His scholarship focuses on creating the sustainable urban environment that exacerbates or mitigates externality impacts with particular interest in health, social, and economic impacts of the built environment. Prior to Kyung Hee University, he served as a postdoctoral researcher and lecturer at the Center for Health Systems and Design of Texas A&M University in the United States, and also worked as a researcher at Korea Research Institute for Human Settlements.
