Dr. Kumiko Endo is the cofounder of and Chief Operating Officer at Med2Lab where she leads research and development endeavors in implementing generative AI for human-centered growth in collaboration with medical educators and healthcare practitioners worldwide. She is a trained qualitative sociologist who examines the interconnectedness of human behaviors and larger systems, as well as a passionate educator committed to helping uncover learners’ inherent potential.  Her pride and joy are her two daughters whose presence continuously inspires her own growth and empowerment.
