Kwang Kee Kim

Professor Kwang Kee Kim is a sociologist who has worked on health promotion in general and alcohol studies in particular. After receiving a Ph.D from University of Kentucky, USA he has been a professor and was the dean of the School of Public Health, Inje University and is now holding an emeritus professorship. He has a lot of experiences in research projects on health promotion and advisory activities on health policy, including WHO WPRO, Ministry of Health and Social Welfare, Korea and, Seoul Metropolitan City Government. Also, Professor Kim has published more than 100 peer-reviewed articles and book chapters on public health. He is currently teaching at Ewha Womans University as an invited professor and serving for the advisory committee on prevention of alcohol harms appointed by the Ministry of Health and Social Welfare, Korea as a chairperson.
