Pat McCants founded and established the African Diaspora Chamber of Commerce (ADCC) as a non-profit organization to showcase Africa as a frontier for economic growth and development, to advocate for the humanity of its residents, while promoting gender equality and youth empowerment. ADCC serves as a vital bridge, connecting individuals and businesses with educational and entrepreneurial opportunities while placing a strong emphasis on fostering positive generational change.
