Rashmi KADIAN

Rashmi Kadian is Climate Impact Area Lead (Wellbeing of People) with the Division of Mitigation and Adaptation at the Green Climate Fund. Rashmi has over 20 years of professional experience across project development, implementation and impact investing in South Asia. Prior to joining GCF she was working with Government of India financial intermediary for various Development Finance Institutions. She has worked on projects funded by ADB, World Bank, JICA, EIB and KfW. Rashmi has handled several portfolios including project planning and financing, stressed assets, grievance management, stakeholder engagement and capacity building during her career. Rashmi holds a Ph.D. in climate change mitigation from Indian Institute of Technology Delhi, India.
